Our beef is locally farm raised, organic, grass fed/grain finished. Absolutely no antibiotics are used making this some of the cleanest beef around.
A quarter cow is about 120–145 lbs of meat. Estimated freezer space is 4–5 cubic feet.
Sales of ¼ beef cannot be customized.
They are cut as follows:
All steaks are cut ¾ of an inch. Steaks are 2 per package.
Ground beef comes in 1lb packages.
Roast will be 2-3 lbs.
Price shown is approximate total costs. Typically pricing is $1300 – $1560. Final determination of costs are determined by the hanging weight of the beef.
½ Deposit required on order.
